Overview:
The Grail Property is located on the Boothia Peninsula approximately 70km northwest of the community of Taloyoak in the Nunavut Territory and was acquired based on regional heavy mineral samples collected by Hunter Exploration in 2003.

Kimberlite indicator minerals, including high chrome G10 garnets, have been recovered in five spatially separate areas on the property. During the 2005 field program IME collected 99 (+25 follow up) heavy mineral samples on the project area. These samples were flown to the SRC laboratory for expedited processing and analysis. Results confirmed the presence of indicator minerals and an additional 42 mineral claims totalling more than 108,000 acres was acquired.

Grail has emerged as a key project based on the 2004 and 2005 heavy mineral sampling results. Results from the 2006 sampling campaign will be used to position airborne geophysical surveys designed to locate the source of the kimberlite indicator minerals.

Overview:
The Borden Property is located on western Baffin Island on the Borden Peninsula, approximately 110km southeast of the community of Arctic Bay and Nanisivik Mines in the Nunavut Territory.

Heavy mineral samples collected in 2004 yielded kimberlite indicator minerals in one area of the property. 30 heavy mineral samples were collected in 2005 in an effort to identify the source area(s) for these indicator minerals. Also in 2004, Patrician Diamonds Ltd. (PXC: TSX-V) reported the recovery of a marco-diamond from kimberlite boulders on the adjacent property to the west.
