One of our goals is to be relevant in the communities where we have our operations and do business. To that end Indicator is committed to developing strong community relations and partnerships as we recognize the importance of local involvement, participation and knowledge within our projects. Through community meetings and consultations the development and understanding of cultural and regional concerns are addressed and acknowledged so we may continue to develop cooperative and mutually beneficial relationships.
Northern Youth Abroad
Indicator Minerals Inc. is proud to be a Funding Partner of Northern Youth Abroad.
The NYA program enables youth living in Nunavut and the NWT, aged 15 to 21, to develop professional skills and acquire hands on work experience, and high school credit through a cross cultural work and learning experience in southern Canada and abroad. NYA seeks to foster cross-cultural awareness, promote individual career goals and international citizenship in Northern youth. NYA promotes leadership development, healthy self-confidence and self-esteem by providing life changing experiences.
